Her vehicle was repaired with constant communication throughout the process. Despite my daughter living in a different city, her vehicle was delivered to her. 5 stars, and highly recommended.
Avoid Goode Motors in Burley – Dishonest & Deceitful on My Idaho-to-Nevada 2018 F-150 Limited
I bought a 2018 Ford F-150 Limited (109k+ miles) from Goode Motor Ford in July 2025 for delivery to Nevada. Sold as-is with only a 3-month/3k-mile goodwill warranty.
They completely screwed up the titling process on this cross-state purchase, causing major delays in legally driving the vehicle. I had to get the Nevada temporary permit myself. They admitted they don’t respond to the state’s requests until the customer complains. Communication was terrible — they didn’t help at all and rarely responded in a timely manner.

From the first call on our road trip having transmission problems to Goode. Every interaction with the amazing folks at this dealership was incredible and so unexpected. My sons car had a recall issue that took out the motor, brought it in dropped it off Tj messaged me later giving me his number to text or call if i had any issues or questions or just wanted and update. On a multi day and state road trip and our air conditioning system totally failed. Very pleasant experience at unscheduled service arrival.
I ended up doing a trade in with Coulter over the phone and online. The whole team made it so easy and efficient! When it came time to pickup the vehicle all I had to do was a couple signatures and out the door I went! They were awesome and fast!

Great local Ford dealer with a super convenient central location. They have a long-standing positive reputation in the community on the sales side of their business, and are known to be extremely ethical from an internal operations and business perspective. The one black eye commonly mentioned is their lack luster service department - repairs often take unusually long to get done, and communication (lack thereof) is a frequent complaint. Overall a great business, great brand, with the right leadership to improve the shortcomings of the service team.

Shout out to the service department at Goode Motor in Burley! I had ran over a piece of metal, causing air in my tire to leak. I walked in and they took care of me right away. Even put my perishable groceries in their fridge to stay cool while they were fixing my tire up. Great experience and service that helped make a stressful situation not so stressful anymore 🙂

I traveled to Idaho from Arizona on August 13, 2025. When I reached my destination the fan on vehicle motor would not turn off. This required disconnecting & reconnecting the battery. The customer service was good. They got me in right away. They also were very friendly and good to work with and address the issue. The issue hasn’t been a problem since. I would suggest that they come closer to the estimated time and inform me when the vehicle is done. I had to reach out to them several hours after their estimated time of completion.
