Goode Motor Auto Group Policies
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Goode Motor Auto Group dealerships (the “Dealership”) comply with all applicable Idaho and federal consumer protection laws.
New Vehicles
Idaho law does not provide a general “cooling-off” period for vehicle purchases. Therefore, all sales of new vehicles are final upon delivery. All new vehicles include the manufacturer’s warranty (which is provided by the manufacturer, not the Dealership). Buyers may have certain rights under Idaho’s “Lemon Law” in the event of recurring defects in a new vehicle. For more information on those rights, consult your own legal advisor.
Used Vehicles
All used vehicles are sold strictly “as-is” unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing at the time of sale. Some used vehicles may still carry the balance of the original factory warranty, depending on the vehicle’s age and mileage. Optional extended vehicle service agreements may be available on most used vehicles at an additional cost. Eligibility varies based on age, mileage, and other factors—please inquire with the Dealership for details. Once a used vehicle has been delivered, the sale is final and no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted.
Parts Purchases
The Dealership may, at its discretion, accept returns of unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and unmodified parts that are still in the original packaging within 10 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned parts.
Special-order parts are non-returnable and non-refundable, and all such sales are final.
Any disputes arising from the purchase of vehicles or parts shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Venue for any legal action shall be in the courts located in Cassia or Twin Falls County, Idaho, as applicable.
No verbal agreements or representations by dealership staff shall modify or override these terms. Any exceptions must be documented in writing and signed by an authorized dealership representative.
By submitting information through our website or communicating electronically with the Dealership, you consent to receive communications, disclosures, and documents electronically. Please retain a copy of any transaction-related emails or agreements for your records.
